Gameplay involves buying, renting, and selling off properties strategically to accumulate wealth. It's a great game for 1, 2, 3, or 4 players, starting with the highest roller and progressing clockwise.

If you land on an unowned property, you can purchase it at its printed price. If another player owns the property, you must pay rent as specified on the Title Deed card. Land on "Jail" or throw sixes three times in a row, and your pawn moves to jail.

Players who own all properties in a color-group may buy houses from the Bank to increase their wealth. Utilities can be upgraded on subsequent landings. Rent amounts increase after passing START, and some properties offer doubled rents under certain circumstances.

In Business Go, players can also engage in private property transactions, auctions, and mortgages. Bankruptcy occurs if you owe more than you can pay, leading to elimination from the game.
